Petone Has Light Fall
WELLINGTON, October 1
Small flakes of snow fell in the business area of Petone about ll.l'J o’clock th ; s morning, and continued until 11.45. Some of the snowflakes measured three-eighths of an inch across. The snow melted as soon as it struck the earth.
