Czech Delegate Brings Communist Coup Before U.N.O.

PARIS, Sept. 21. Dr Jan Papanek, who was Czechoslovakia’s delegate to the United Nations before the Communist coup in Prague, said to-day that he would put the question of the February coup before the General Assembly. Dr Papanek said he was attending U.N.O. Assembly as a member of the ' Advisory Committee, not as an “observer.” He added that he intended to return to America after the Paris meeting to lecture on international affairs. Dr Papanek was ordered off his country’s delegation when the Communists took control.
