NEW YORK, September 19. With 73 persons aboard, including six passengers, the British freighter, “Loch Monar,” sent S.O.S. messages, saying that she had struck a reef and was breaking up in heavy seas 0000 yards off Little Cayman Island, in the hurricane area, centred about 50 J miles south of Miami. . .
