Italian Colonies
PARIS, Sept. 15.
The newspapers- of France do not express any surprise at the failure of the Four Power Conference on the Italian colonies. For this moderate and Right Wing papers blame Russia.
Some of the newspapers however, said that it was noticeable that the populations most concerned had not been heard.
