Local Fixtures Fixtures for Saturday are:— Cobden v. Taylorville, final Blackmun Cup, Rec., 2.45 p.m. Referee, Mr F. Bishop. Curtain-raiser: Westland boys’ representative team v. Cobden boys, Rec., 1.30 p.m. Referee, Mr J. Airey. The Westland boys team is as follows: Rae, J. Boote, I. Boote, Shadbolt, Pezzarto, Ashby, Watson, Taylor, Murdoch, Richmond, McNaughton, Russell. At Blackball on Saturday at 2.40 there will be a senior friendly match between Runanga and Blackball. The Westland representative team to play Southland on September 18 at Invercargill is as follows: —Dickson, Graham, Hogg, Armstrong, Erskine, Kerr, White, McLaren, Roche, Boyd, McMahon. Many Changes In N.Z. Test Team WELLINGTON, September 7. The New Zealand team for _ the final soccer test against Australia in Auckland, on Saturday will be chosen from the following 15 players announced by the sole selector, Mr T. W. Dick, to-day: King (Auckland), Harris (Wellington), Hodgson (Auckland), McKissick, Boyes, Traynor (all Wellington), Hutchinson (Auckland), Hall, Methven, Warman (all Air Force), Singer '(Wellington), E. Ballantyne, Cleal, Wilkinson, and Masters (all Auckland). The team is an entirely North Island one, and only six of the 15 chosen played in the third test.
