Unsettled (Special to Argus) WELLINGTON, Sept. 6 The weather report is as follows: Situation: A ridge of high pressure is moving eastwards off New Zealand and a deep depression is south-west of New Zealand. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday is for moderate, variable winds with northerlies prodminating. The weather will be overcast with rain spreading from the south. Temperatures will be moderate. Further outlook: Unsettled weather" and further rain.
