What was stated to be the final adjournment was granted by Mr A. A. McLachlan, S.M., yesterday, in the case in which Reginald John McGraine, miner. Runanga, is charged with the manslaughter of Thomas Wright Alexander Blythe. Mr C. R. McGinley, for McGraine, said that his client was under severe mental strain, and suggested that this adjournment be the final one. The case was adjourned until October 6.
