SINGAPORE, Sept 5. Between 30 and 40 armed Chinese terrorists to-day attacked Sweetan estate, near Johore Bahru which is just across the causeway from Singapore Island, and wounded two special constables. The terrorists partly destroyed a bridge by firing it to prevent the arrival of police and reinforcements. They seized guns and ammunition before withdrawing.
