Unsettled (Special to Argus) WELLINGTON, Sept. 5. Situation: A weak ridge of high pressure covers New Zealand. There is a deep depression to the southwest of New Zealand. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Monday is for moderate northerly winds predominating. Weather cloudy and cool, with scattered rain developing. The further outlook is unsettled weather, and occasional rain.
