Crippled Ukrainian Girl's Case
(Rec. 11.30) LONDON, Sept 2 The Associated Press correspondent in Berlin says: The International Refugee Organisation has asked the American authorities to refuse to surrender the custody of the crippled Ukrainian child, Helena Korelenko, to the Russians until it is determined whether her parents are still alive. The girl, Korelenko, has been under a police guard since the Americans refused a Russian attempt to take her into custody.
