ARAB REFUGEES DYING OF STARVATION
(Rec. 9.10). . LONDON, Sept. 2. According to an Associated Press correspondent in Jericho, United States authorities have asked the International Red Cross to send an investigator to the refugee camps in Jericho where there are twelve thousand Arabs are crowded together. The children are dying in dozens for lack of milk and of clothing.
More U.N.O. Observers Arrive
(Rec. 10.50). LONDON, Sept. 2. Reuters correspondent at Jerusalem says:—Thirty more Belgians have arrived here as United Nations observers. They probably will take part in the internationalisation of the zone surrounding the Red Cross area which is due to take place in the next few days.
