18 Casualties In Bus Accident

BRISBANE, Sept. 1. Seventeen •of 2'o Sydney visitors were injured, one woman fatally, when a tourist bus and a timberladen truck collided on a culvert near iWynnum, The bus was taking the tourists on a trip to the Redlands district when it met the truck carrying four tons of firewood. The tray of the truck struck the bus a few feet behind the driver’s seat and tore a hole nine feet wide. An elderly woman was crushed between the seats and died four hours later.
