Man Dies After Fall of 40 Feet
P.A. AUCKLAND, Sept. 1. An electrician, who fell from a crane at the outwards goods - shed of the Railway Department, on to a concrete floor on Tuesday, died in the Auckland Hospital to-day. He was George Frederick Ankers, married, aged 34, of Epsom. Ankers fell about 40 feet from a crane, and was taken to-hospital suffering from severe head injuries.
