Finally to-night: “Rage in Heaven.” Commencing to-morrow: “Tarzan ‘ and the Huntress.” “TARZAN AND THE HUNTRESS” Co-starring Johnny Weissmuller, Brenda Joyce and John Sheffield in a thrilling exploit, Edgar Rice Burrough’s famous ape man “Tarzan and the Huntress,” commencing at the Opera House to-morrow, presents an adventure melodrama that deals with their jungle domain. Trouble is caused by an expedition which hopes to trap large numbers of wild animals to restock depleted zoos in America and Europe. After arranging the murder of a native king, the party proceeds to capture numbers far over theii’ agreed quota. Tarzan, always deeply sympathetic to the animals, finds a way to defeat the marauders, but not until the jungle man calls out the entire strength of . the forest for a smash climax is peace brought to his friends and family. “GERMANY TO-DAY” R.K.O’s latest to-day and to-morrow series, “Germany To-day,” commencing at the Opera House to-morrow, brings the first graphic film analysis of the post-war Reich. Presenting a vivid picture of the life of both conquered and conquerors the film shows how Germany has become a proving ground—Western democratic ideas eagainst those of Soviet Russia, with Russia governing the largest and richest occupied areas. In the contrasts between the Russian zone and those of the Western Allies are both dangers and hopes for the peace of the world.
