Mrs D. S. Kennedy is visiting Christchurch. Mrs J. Robertson returned to Christchurch yesterday. Mrs S. Aiderton left yesterday for Christchurch. • Mr F. A. Hutton, Rehabitation Officer at Greymouth, has been transferred to Timaru. Mr and Mrs T. Sha.w ,of Nelson, left Greymouth on their return yesterday. Mrs A. Skelton, who has spent some months with her mother, Mrs R. E. Groom, High * Street, Greymouth. returned to Dunedin yesterday. She was accompanied by her daughter, Beatrice. A Prague cable states: Dr. Benes, former President of Czechoslovakia, is suffering from a blood vessel disease, which makes movement difficult. His health has become worse recently and he is confined to bed. A cable from Anisterdam states that the following are included among those elected to the Central Committee of the Governing Council of the World Council of Chuiches.. Doctor H. G.
