Roumanian Ministers Sacked
LONDON, Aug. 28. “In a Government shake-up, ■ Dr. Eduard Mesincescu replaces the Minister of Information (M. Octav Liveseanu),” says the British United Press correspondent in Bucharest. “Dr. George Marsa replaces the Mini-’ ster of Health (Professor Bagdasar), and M. Emil Prisnea replaces the Minister of Industry (M. Emanuel Angeliu).”
