Dutch Queen’s Reign Ending
LONDON, Aug. 29. Queen Wilhelmina, who has been in retirement since May 13 owing to ill-health, will to-morrow again become constitutional head ot the Netherlands for six days to celebrate her 68th birthday and goldeh jubilee on Tuesday. Queen Wilhelmina will officially abdicate on September 4. The three main canals and the main streets of Amsterdam and Palace Square have been festooned with 250,000 lights and garlanded with flowers and tinkling bells.
