Mr and Mrs A. Duncan, Mr O. Morris and Miss A. Henderson leave today for Christchurch, where they will take part in the badminton championships. Mr John Duncan, of Queen Street, Westport, met with an accident at Victoria Square on Saturday afternoon. When attempting to kick a ball his feet slipped from under him, and he fell on the asphalt, • breaking his arm at the wrist and his hand in two places.
