Alterations Made In The Rules P.A. NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 30 a" reversion to the rule concerning stepping that was previously in force, was a major adjustment by the Council of the New Zealand Basketball Association at New Plymouth tonight, after a conference with the officials of the All Australia Womens Basketball Association.
