LORRY CAPSIZES: WAN KILLED

PALMERSTON N., Aug 9. One man was killed and two others seriously injured when a lorry left the road at Tangimoana, turned completely over and came to rest on its wheels on Saturday. They were: KILLED ERIC RIVE, aged 21, a shop assistant of Palmerston North. SERIOUSLY INJURED Thomas Sprey, of Tangimoana p.Ti Reuben Huston Fidwell, of Tangimoana Beach. The lorrry veered on to a grass strip and then swerved back to the road, turning completely over.
