(Rec. 9.0) SHANGHAI, June 3. Japanese fishing vessels, for the second time in a week, have violated Chinese territorial waters. Chinese naval units were to-day dispatched to the C'husan Islands, 80 miles south-east of Shanghai, where two Japanese vessels were sighted.
