TRIBUNAL TO HANDLE DISPUTE OVER MOUNTPARK
P.A. WELLINGTON, June 4. The appointment of a Tribunal presided over by a Judge of the Supreme Court, to deal with the original Mountpark dispute in March, was announced this evening by the Minister of Labour, Hon A. McLagan. The Minister was not in a position to announce the personnel of the tribunal, but it is expected that the Attorney-General, Hon. Mr Mason, will confer with the Chief Justice, Mr H. O’Leary, about making a Judge available for the tribunal.
