The depth on the bar yesterday at high water was 21ft 9in. x The Gabriella has completed discharging general cargo from Wellington and commenced loading coal ana timber yesterday. She is expected to complete and to sail for Wellington on Saturday. , The Kakapo is still in the roadstead and will enter port to-day, when bar conditions moderate. She will load coal and posts for Napier. The Kaimai has completed loading coal for Wellington and will sail to-day when bar conditions permit. The Poolta was due to sail from Wellington yesterday for Greymouth and on arrival will load coal for return. The Rata is scheduled to arrive from Tarakohe about Saturday to load coal for Nelson. The Holmlea arrived . yesterday and is to load coal for Picton.
