NEW York, May 30. M. Gromyko (Soviet delegate) told the press that Chile’s complaint to the United Nations that Russia was violating human rights by preventing Russian-born wives from joining theii’ husbands was “nonsense.” He added that it. was not only a question of human rights. It was also a question of duty to the State.
