Dispersal Sale of Trotting Stud

P.A. INVERCARGILL. April 16 Indianapolis brought the top price, 800 guineas, at the dispersal sale Ox the Red Band Lodge Trotting stud today, the purchaser being Mr P. W. Davidson, of Auckland. , Sea Max was brought by Mr G. Youngson, of Gore ,at 600 guineas, this being top price for brood mares. A Gold Bar filly, from Lone Nurse, was secured bv Mr F. Walker, of Invercargill. for 305 guineas. Two two-year-olds, a gelding by Noble Scott, from Lady Effie ,and a filly by UScott from Effie Parrish, each brought 300 guineas. Of twenty-four lots offered, 22 were sold for a total of 3545 guineas.
