OYSTER SAVOURIES. Oyster savouries and many other delicious dainties are so . simple if Fether-Flake is used, as so much time and trouble is saved. Fether-Flake is perfect puff pastry ready to roll out and bake. CYSTER FINGERS: 5 lb. FetherFlake rolled to half-inch thickness. Cut into small strips then bake. When cooked, split and fill with the following mixture: 1 oz. flour, 1 oz. butter, 1 pint milk, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt and pepper. Beard li doz. oysters, chop and add to sauce (do not boil). OYSTER SAVOURIES: 5 lb. Feth-er-Flake (roll out thin), cheese sprinkled over, then roll out again 1 in. thick. Cut in small rounds then bake. Put teaspoon of whipped cream on each, then place oyster on top. Garnish with red pepper. Fether-Flake is obtainable only at Ernest Adams Ltd.. Cake Shops and Agencies.—“
