Harbour Report
The report on West Coast harbour improvements prepared by the special committee of English engineers, who recently visited the district, was now in type and would be in the hands of the Minister of Marine, Hon. F. Hackett, within a week, according to advice received from the Secretary of 'Marine (Mr Wi. C. Smith) by the Westport Harbour Advisory Committee.
