(Rec 10.55) • SEOUL, April 13. Kim Kiu Sik, the second of, Korea’s “Big Three” politicians has decided not to attend a Communist-sponsored conference, which is beginning tomorrow.

The Korean Communists have invited leaders from both the American and Russian zones to meet at Fyonyaog, in th P Communist area to plan a united front against the Korean elections which are to be held in the ■’’American zone on Mav 3.
