' New Zealand Wool for Germany.— The Canadian ship Lake Min..c- -; wanka, is due at Lyttelton , on Mon--1 day from Shanghai in ballast, to load ■ 6000 bales of wool for Bremen. Odi- ! cials of. the New Zealand Shipping Company state that the shipment is believed’ to be the first to Ge many since before the war. The ship will load her German cargo at Lyttelton and Timaru, together with about .17.000 bales of wool for Louden, h r second dscharge port. Due at Timaru on April 30, she is expected t sail for Bremen on May 5. Owned by Western Canada Steamships Ltd., the Lake Minnewanka was bitilt at Vancouver (British Columbia)' m 1945 • the 7000-ton Princeton Park.—Christ- . church .14.
