Cloudy and Scattered Rain WELLINGTON, April 12. The weather report is as follows:— Situation: An anti-cyclone is centred south-east of New Zealand, and a complex depression over the western Tasmah Sea. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday is for moderate easterly winds, turning to ’ westerly in the afternoon. The weather will be fine, but cloud is increasing. Temneratures will be moderate. Further outlook: Cloudy with scattered rain.
