ROSSLARE FANCIED AT BAY OF PLENTY
Large fields are down to 'compete at the Bay of Plenty Racing Club’s meeting to be held at Tauranga tomorrow. The fields in the Kaiamai Hurdles and Wairoa Stakes both exceed the safety limit, and provision has been made to run off both these events in divisions. As on the opening day, the track will be on the easy side, which may favour the following: Gaimai Hack Hurdles, Ist div.: Hauiti, Miss Sterling. 2nd div: Prince. Greek Boy. Hairini Hack: Eurolie, Lady Oral. Severe Lass. Motiti Handicap; Exponent, Lady Cometary, Dinah. Herries Memorial Hack: Earldale. Kaitawa, Silver Lan. Maiden Plate: Bengal Eay, Persian Garden, Better Boy. Maunganui Handicap: Rosslare. Gavinmor, Master Ted. Wairoa Stakes, Ist div.: Redoubt. Judy Garland. 2nd div.: Swift View. Don Robin.
