NEW YORK WHARFIES REFUSE TO LOAD MUNITIONS FOR RUSSIA
(Rec. 9.5). NEW YORK, April 7. The Soviet liner, Rossia, sailed tor Odessa to-dav without, any cargo, because the wharf labourers here refused to load on her vehicles and heavy machinery. The wharf labourers declared: “We won’t touch an ounc e of any cargo for any Russian ship. We don’t want any of it shot back at us!"
