(Rec. 9.0). NEW YORK, April 8. The Soviet, delegate M. Gromyko told an informal meeting of the Big Five member ot the Security Council to-day that the Soviet would again veto Italy’s membership of the United Nations unless th P Western Powers agree to admit Hungary, Bulgaria, Finland and Roumania. He also demanded that in the event of Transjordan’s application being reconsidered, applications from Albania and Outer Mongolia should also be reviewed. Britain, America and France, have requested the reconsideration of tne applications from Eire, Portugal and Austria.
