Czech Delegate Invited to Defend Chilean Charge

(Rec 9.0) NEW YORK, April 6 The Security Council to-day voted by nine votes to nil with Russin and Ukraine abstaining to invite the new Czechoslovakian delegate . to the United Nations. Dr Vladimir Houdek, to participate in the discussion on the Chilean charge that Russia had engineered a Communist coup in Czechoslovakia. ~ Moving the resolution, Mr Warren Austin (United States) said that . Dr Houdek had not requested the right to participate, and, in fact, indicated that he did not intend £to do so.
