Lillie Marshall Plan For Far East (Rec. 11.40) NEW YORK, April 6 The Truman Administration is considering a one thousand million dollar “Little Marshall Plan” for an economic recovery in the Far East, says the United Press corerspondent in Washington, who quotes informed quarters. The proposal, which is still in the discussion stage, would be built around the industrial capacity oi Japan and would co-ordinate various Far Eastern aid projects into a tightlyknit programme to stop the continued drain on the American taxpayer for piecemeal aid.
