SANTIAGO, April 1. I President G. Gonzalez Videla, Pre-J sident of Chile, moved to-day to _ halt! a series of armed attacks on Chileanl trains, power plants, and bridges, tori which he directly blamed the ComJ munist Party. He decreed the tion of the special railway Pol® corps, and ordered all the puMj| armed forces to act without leniency - to stop the attacks. Mr Videla also ordered the speedy drafting of a bill to outlaw Staanist Communism”.
