March on Capital Of Finland Proposed By Communists
(Rec. 8.30). HELSINKI, April 3. Communists in several of the provincial towns of Finland are reported to have hired motor vehicles for a “march on Helsinki”, when the projected pact with Russia goes before the Finnish Parliament for ratification. , . The Helsinki radio announced that two Finnish delegates, whom President Paasikivi earlier recalled from the Finnish delegation in Moscow, for consultations, would return to Moscow to-day or to-morrow, with fresh instructions.
