Soviet Returning Prisoners to Germany
BERLIN, April 3
The Russian authorities announced that the repatriation of German prisoners of war from Russia has been accelerated to 2000 daily and that within the next few months the dailv repatriation rate would reach 6000, Russia agreed at the Foreign Ministers’ conference at Moscow in 1947 that all German prisoners should be released by the end c,f 19488.
