The depth of water on the bar at high water yesterday was 21ft Sin.

The Kareno is expected to complete loading and to sail with coal for Auckland to-day. The Omana is scheduled to clear Auckland to-day for Greymouth, and on arrival will load coal for return. The Kartigi is due to leave Wellington to-day for Greymouth. On arrival she will load coal for Miramar. The Storm is due to arrive from Picton to-morrow, and will load coal for Wellington. The Kaimiro 1 arrived yesterday from Auckland, and will load coal for Portland and Auckland. The Kiwitea cleared Auckland on Tuesday afternoon with 250 tons of general cargo for Greymouth.
