BOLIVIAN QUAKE
LA PAZ (BOLIVIA), March 28 A severe earthquake to-day shook Sucre the nominal capital of Bolivia (La Pas is the actual seat of the Government). Two persons were killed and 14 injured Telephone communications were disrupted. Ihe re-cently-completed Palace of Justice and the sports stadium were damaged. Hundreds of homes were cracked. Nearly all the city’s inhabitants fled into the streets. Many knelt in prayer and were afraid to retain to their homes for fear of anothei tremor. .
