Soviet Proposals. Worry The Finns
(Rec. 6.30) LONDON, March 27 The Finnish Ministers have expressed their concern after making an examination of the first draft of the text of the proposed Russo-Finnish Treaty, says the British United Press Helsinki correspondent. No official statement has been made, but reports say that the Russians claim that it is impossible to separate friendship and mutual aid clauses in the treaty.
