Czech Regime Setting up People’s Courts

BEFORE ELECTIONS (Rec. 9.50). PRAGUE, March 26. The Czechoslovak Cabinet have decided that general elections shall be held on May 23. The Czech Parliament has unanimously passed a law which revives people’s courts. The Minister of Justice, M. Alexey Cepicka. said that these courts would revive the cases of all of the people who had escaped just retribution for collaboration with Germans.
