LONDON, 'March 25. In an unofficial contest, Madame Perrioer, of Albertville, won the title oi France’s youngest grandmother, reports Router. She was a mother at 15, 'and a grandmother at 31. The world’s youngest grandmother is believed to be an American, Mrs Georgia Watson, of Savannah, who married at the age of 12, and was a grandmother at 28. The youngest grandmother in the British Commonwealth is Mrs Michael. Rapa, of West Melbourne, who married at 13, and was a grandmother at 29.
