ATHLETICS
The following athletes have notified the selectors that they are unable to attend the Mahar Cup contest to be held at Blenheim on Saturday:—T. Harker. J. Black, A. Hines. W. Boyd, and Miss D. J. Perrin and they will be replaced by A. Roner and Miss P. Crooks. The following are the events to be held this evening at Victoria Park:—Senior and junior men: 100yds, 220yds, 660yds, and one mile. Women: 75yds, 100yds, and high jump. All Mahar Cup contestants are requested to attend a meeting after tonight’s events.
