U.N.O. Trade Conference Has Series of Deadlocks

(Rec 11.50 p.m.) HAVANA, Feb 3. The United Nations World Trade Conference has set up a co-ordinat-ing committee to seek a solution of major problems on which the conference committees are now deadlocked. Mr Max Suetens, of Belgium head::, the committee, which consists of delegates from 12 nations.
