RUGBY; May 31. The Egyptian Government has decided to recognise the Soviet Union. Reuter’s Cairo correspondent says the Egyptian Government has empowered the Foreign Minister to take steps to re-establish diplomatic ana economic relations between Egypt and Russia, on the basis of non-inter-vention by either country in the affairs of the other, also Russia’s abstention from' Government action tending to encourage propaganda against Egypt’s form of Government. The Premier (Nahas Pasha) has instructed the Foreign Minister to form a Legation staff for Moscow.
