NATIONALIST M.P.’s IDEA. WELLINGTON, September 22. A suggestion that employers might be given a more direct share in education, by the earmarking of some of their taxation for the training of apprentices and of employees, was made by Mr. Smith, M.P. in a presidential address at the Techfiical Education Association Conference to-day. Mr. Smith said he did not suggest additional taxation.
