THE MOVIE BALL. As it draws nearer the Movie Ball, which next Tuesday is sure to fill the Town Hall with a remarkably picturesque throng, is exciting the imagination and taxing the ingenuity of a host of people. They are devising their impersonations of famous screen folk, especially for the contests in which prizes maj' be won. Many novelties will be introduced, and attractive prizes offered for the following impersonation contests should assure the gaiety of the function: As-taire-Rogers, £2 2s; Laurel and Hardy, £1; open contest, £l. The Marina Orchestra has been engaged to play special movie tunes, and delicious supper at the “Cafe Continental” should make the occasion a memorable one.
