Westland Tourney HOKITIKA, September 20. The Westland Golf tourney was held over the week-end at Mahinapua links, the conditoins being favourable and the form shown was good. The gross aggregate competition was won by G. Adamson (77, 79, 156) P. Warnes was second (80, 84— 164). The ladies’ nett aggregate was won by Mrs. R. Ross with 136 Mrs. A. Thompson was second, with 141. The mixed foursome was won by G. Adamson and Miss M. Manson 56/15/51 H. Steel and Mrs. McCarthy were second (58/12/46). [The Tennent Cup competition for the best nett aggregate over the two medal rounds resulted: —A. Perry 132, W. Milner 134, Mrs. R. Ross 136 (less 2 for difference in bogeys) 134, R. Adamson 138.
