Stay-in Brewery Strike COURT ORDERS RESUMPTION. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.l (Received September 20, 5.50 p.m.) BRISBANE, September 20. The “stay-in” strike at the Castlemaine Perkins Brewery, which began last Friday, was to-day declared illegal by the Industrial Court, which on an application by the Brewers’ Association, ordered the cancellation of the men’s ward, unless the strikers return to work by Wednesday. Brisbane was practically without any beer over the week-end.
